1/24/17 - In this yoga download open your shoulders using different hand positions in Full Arm Balance and Pincha Mayurasana. Work with blocks under your hands and feet to open the pelvis and chest in Urdhva Dhanurasana and Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana. Focus on aligning your side body in basic Standing Poses, including Utthita Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana II, Utthita Parshvakonasana, and Parshvottanasana.
