9/29/15 - This yoga download features the use of your feet and ankles to work the thigh bones into the hip sockets to bring stability to the hips. With the back foot on the wall, we did a number of Standing Poses, including Ardha Chandrasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana, and Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana, and focused on your hips in Inversions and Variations as well.
