4/27/16 - In this yoga download work on kicking up into Adho Mukha Vrkshasana (Handstand) at the wall. Strengthen your core with Paripoorna Navasana. Open your hips in Upavishta Konasana and Baddha Konasana. Learn how to twist in Bharadvajasana I and how to go up into Sarvangasana and Halasana in the middle of the room.
