11/14/15 - In this yoga download continue with the actions of the feet, ankles, and legs in Standing Poses, including Utthita Trikonasana, Utthita Parshvakonasana, Virabhadrasana I, and Parivrtta Trikonasana, and in Forward Bends, including Janu Sirsasana, Triang Mukhaikapada Pashchimottanasana, and Krounchasana. Work also on the back and spine in those same asanas and Marichyasana III as well.
