Seated Forward Bends, including Dandasana, Janu Shirshsasana, Parivrtta Janu Shirshasana, and Pashchimottanasana. Arm Balances, including Adho Mukha Vrkshsasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Mayurasana, and Vashishtasana. We foucused on taking the femurs back, the coccyx down and forward, and the lower abdomen back and up.
